Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions support students in all stages of their education from kindergarten to graduate studies. With Bahçeşehir University established in 1998, crowned the experience and expertise in education, the Institutions has provided a significant added value to our educational understanding due to its day-to-day growing structure and volume of education.
Apart from Bahcesehir University, Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions have 16 primary schools, 18 high schools, 47 kindergartens and 177 special education centers as well as 16 preparatory high schools in Turkey. These institutions employ 5,000 teachers.
At Bahçeşehir University, 17,048 students are enrolled and the number of undergraduate students is 13,328. The number of master and doctorate students is 7.424 and the number of associate degree students is 1.684.
There are 4 campuses in Bahçeşehir University in BAU Besiktas, BAU Şişli, BAU Galata and BAU Göztepe in Istanbul. The Bahçeşehir Library, built on an area of 11.400 square meters, serves with over 250.000 books, magazines and digital documents.
Every year, we can say that hundreds of thousands of candidates from diverse groups ranging from our minors who made their first step towards education to the adults who work for their future and their career, are prepared with the Bahçeşehir Uğur Educational Institutions.
BAU Besiktas, BAU Şişli, BAU Galata, and BAU Göztepe campuses, as well as the “Campus World” concept in many parts of the world through the schools and cooperatives have opened their doors to the education of their students in the international arena.

The goal of Bahçeşehir University, which proved its success in global measure with the award of “Superbrands of Turkey” in 2007, is to be among the top 500 universities in the world in 2023 when we celebrate the 100th anniversary of our Republic.
It is the first project that has been passed on to BAU in Turkey for the first time and offers a chance to experience a real work experience in BAU students’ university years. The BAU CO-OP Project, launched with the understanding of ” Campus Business ”, offers internship and work experience to BAU students in Turkey and abroad with its cooperation with 150 foreign and 1,500 domestic companies.
Today, Mr. Enver Yücel continues to work as the founder of Uğur Educational Institutions and Board of Trustees of Bahçeşehir University.
